The D'Primahotel Balikpapan had modern facilities, easy laptop setup, a nice bathroom with a good shower, and a lovely jungle view. The room was spacious and very clean, with a large comfortable bed and enough furniture. The window provided a great view and the bathroom had a good shower. The hotel had friendly reception staff and it was in a decent location, with a 20-minute walk to a big, modern mall.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices. The rooms are in good condition and I particularly enjoyed the beautiful view from my room. The location is very convenient, as it is very close to the international airport and just a short distance from the Mall of E-Walk Balikpapan.

The hotel offered great amenities like free WiFi and a delicious breakfast that included local and international dishes. Its location in the city center was very convenient for exploring the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful at all times.

The noise from outside could be heard inside the room, especially during the early morning hours. Also, the restaurant had limited western food options, which might not be ideal for some guests.

We loved the hotel's location, situated on a hill behind the busy road, providing a peaceful escape. The hotel was also very near the Mall of E-Walk Balikpapan, just a short walk away, making it convenient for shopping. Additionally, the hotel was very close to the international airport, which was excellent for travelers. We appreciated the clean room, and the friendly staff, who made sure to accommodate our requests. The good WiFi speed and the water dispenser available on every floor was a bonus.

It was all superb.

The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping center, which is perfect for entertainment and dining options. the hotel is situated on a hill, overlooking the busy road, giving guests a great view of the city center. the rooms are clean and comfortable with basic amenities such as a water dispenser on each floor.

The staff has a limited grasp of English and was sometimes difficult to communicate with.

We had a fantastic stay over Easter weekend! The room was spacious and modern, with a comfortable bed and a great view from the window. The hotel was close to a big mall, where we spent most of our time shopping and exploring. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the free Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable throughout our stay.

Although we loved everything about the hotel, the beer was quite expensive. However, this was to be expected in Indonesia after a ban on alcohol.
